We have secured this amazing opportunity to run a fun and exciting student event in collaboration with 'Flava Radio'.
The 'Smash & Grab' will involve a huge block of ice with chips marked with dollar values enclosed in the ice. Students will use various methods to get a chip which will be determined by the roll of the die. If the student gets a chip then they will be given the value printed on the chip.
This event will be running in the Porirua Campus Atrium from 10.30am with the main Game Time being approx. 11.30-2.00pm. We will endeavor to keep the noise to a minimum but would like to prepare you that noise levels may rise during game time.
We need you to promote this event to students (as you know students always need money). Could you please let your students know about this event running this Thursday 13th March from 11.30am and that all are welcome to participate? Those under 18 will need to get Parental or Guardian consent, so please pop into the HUB to grab a waiver to copy for your students to take home tonight.
