Staff who need password changes must go to Computer Services.
Students who need password changes, take some ID and:
- Porirua: go to the Poutama desk in the library, to the Help Desk at Computer Services or to the Online Learning Centre
- Auckland or Wellington: Go to Reception
- Kapiti: Go to Reception or the Library
