The Wellington Footlights Society is excited to invite you to the Wellington premiere of Legally Blonde: The Musical at Whitireia Theatre this May.

A fabulously fun, award-winning musical based on the adored film, Legally Blonde follows the transformation of sorority girl Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams at Harvard Law.

A Broadway and West End smash hit by Laurence O'Keefe, Nell Benjamin and Heather Hach, Legally Blonde has been called "ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish" (The Independent). The original production was nominated for six Tony Awards, including Best Book of a Musical and Best Original Score.

This action-packed show explodes onto the stage with memorably upbeat songs and dynamic dance numbers. Equal parts hilarious and heart-warming, this musical is so much fun it should be illegal!
