Applied Digital Skills for Teaching and Learning is designed to introduce staff to the process for developing blended courses.
There are six modules (with more to be added). You will be awarded a Moodle badge for completion of each Module. On completion of all six modules, you'll receive a Moodle badge that credits you with the Applied Digital Skills for Teaching and Learning Programme which will provide professional development evidence that may be useful during your performance appraisal process with your manager.
We are in the process of developing more advanced modules in the Applied Digital Skills for Teaching and Learning Programme.
Enrolment
Before you enrol, talk to your manager, Faculty Dean or appropriate person and make sure the appropriate modules or the entire programme is included on your professional development plan.

Using course documents and developing a flow.
The aim of the module is to introduce and apply planning processes to developing an online component of a course.
You'll use planning documents to develop an overview of your course and we'll introduce you to some of our key documents, in particular accessibility and usability.
You'll plan at least part of your course for blended learning.
