Aim This course provides the student with an opportunity to integrate theory and practice and to consolidate their learning in preparation for their successful transition from student nurse to beginner registered nurse. In doing so, the student will have the opportunity to demonstrate that they command a wide range of knowledge and skills that enable them to provide safe nursing care within complex and variable contexts. Students who successfully complete this course will be eligible to apply to sit the Nursing Council of New Zealand State Final Examination.
