The Online Learning Centre are proud to announce the launch of the new and improved Whitireia Online Support website (http://support.whitireia.ac.nz). The Whitireia Online Support website is the support tool and online helpdesk for Whitireia Online users (students and staff).
The Whitireia Online Support website connects you to useful articles - help documentation and frequently asked questions in our Knowledgebase. You can also search the Knowledgebase by typing your question in the search bar provided.
If you would like someone from the Online Learning Centre to assist you, 'Submit a help request' and someone will contact you shortly. We will endeavour to answer your questions as soon as possible and within 48 hours.

There are two ways to access the Whitireia Online Support website:

What is 'Live Support'?
This new tool gives you instant access to our support staff. Click the link to Live Support and someone will be able to assist you with your issues and questions using online chat.
Who are the Online Learning Centre?
The Online Learning Centre provide technical support around the use of Whitireia Online (Moodle) which may include:
- changing or resetting your password
- giving you access to your online courses and papers
- providing advice about configuring your computer to work with the Moodle platform.
- providing technical support around the use of Whitireia Online (Moodle) tools.
Online Learning Centre staff are based in Te Kete Wananga (The Library building on the second floor) at the Porirua campus and are available in person or by phone (0800 944 847) Monday - Friday between 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Academic or course related support
Course related support is provided by your tutor/lecturer. We recommend contacting your tutor for support as soon as possible.
