Matt Aitken, Visual Effects Supervisor at Weta Digital, is visiting our Porirua campus tomorrow, 3 September. He is being hosted by the Visual Arts and Design department and will be talking from 1-3pm in WK 240, Wikitoria Katene building. Rest assured, that's not him in this photo. Matt Aitken has worked on a long list of films, dating back to the Frighteners in 1996 and including all three Lord of the Rings movies, all three Hobbit movies, King Kong, The Lovely Bones, Avatar, Iron Man 3 and the Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.
