The new W² Shared online Service Centre System for ICT Services will be available for staff and students to directly log into and use as of Monday 10th of November.
Many of you will have already seen the new email notifications coming from this new system, as we have been using this internally for a little over a week now. As of today you will also be able to log into this system and log jobs directly to us, checkout the knowledgebase, or view and update the jobs you already have!
The ServiceNow system is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, and is entirely on-line, so this means you can access the system anytime and anywhere that has internet access. Just go to:
Attached is a basic HOW-TO document that will guide you through using this new system; ICT Service Centre (ServiceNow) however we hope it should be fairly easy to use and intuitive without too much assistance.

ServiceNow delivers a more visible and collaborative interface between W² Shared Services and WelTec and Whitireia staff and students, and will vastly improve internal manageability of jobs for ICT Services. It will ultimately enable continuous improvement to operational efficiency, and enhance customer communications and experiences.
